Maidenhead Repair Cafe

The repair café is a volunteer-run event that was originally started from seed funding by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. It is a regular event where repair coaches help visitors to fix their beloved but broken items and extend it’s life. Items that can be fixed vary greatly, ranging from small electrical items (e.g. kettles, toasters etc.), ceramics, upholstery and much more! Why throw it away when it can be brought back to life with just a little help?

Learn new skills, meet new people and create the habit of repairing and reusing things, to prevent items from unnecessarily ending up in landfill before their time.
